Dr. Richard Schloetter is an attorney at law and partner at Heumann Intellectual Property Law. He specializes in intellectual property law litigation, particularly in the patent field (patents, utility models and employees’ inventions) and including trade secret misappropriation cases. His client portfolio encompasses globally active conglomerates, research institutions, life sciences and pharma companies. He studied law at the universities of Würzburg and Munich and was a former research assistant of the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition. He is admitted to the bar since 1995.
