Jürgen Heumann is a partner at the firm. His practice includes advising companies of all sizes on the protection and defense of their trademarks, both within Germany and internationally. Another focus of his work are licensing and development partnership agreements, foreign and domestic, for our clients. As previous Director of the Trademark and Licensing Department of E. Merck in Darmstadt and Director of Global Intellectual Property at BASF AG, he is highly familiar with the particular needs of industrial clients. This background allows him to tailor-make practical solutions.
Mr. Heumann studied at universities in Berlin, Lausanne, Tübingen and Zürich and was admitted to practice law in 1971.
