Norina Fells joined the firm as an attorney in 2022. She represents and advises clients out-of-court as well as in court in all matters of intellectual property law. The main focus of her practice is the enforcement of existing trademark and design rights, in particular proceeding against counterfeits and copies. Additionally, she works with clients in matters of unfair competition law.
Ms. Fells completed her legal studies at the University of Trier. During her clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Zweibrücken, she found an interest in and began dealing with issues of trademark law and advising clients on issues of unfair competition law, amongst others.
